lovely stay at the suite
gorgeous suite comfy bed huge room fine bathroom
the suite was gorgeous! the bed was comfy. the room was huge and cozy at the same time. the bathroom was fine, and i seemed like i discovered a hidden gem, fantastic. the atmosphere was lovely, and i can't wait to return!!!
the hotel needs a little upgrading. i saw wallpaper peeling off walls.

secure parking refurbished room ideal location
I appreciateD the secure parking available at the hotel. My newly refurbished room was lovely and peaceful. The location IS ideal for visiting Sefton Park and Lark Lane.
The water in the shower had inconsistent temperature, alternating between too hot and too cold.

The breakfast buffet presented many choices, including both English and continental options. I DID notice that some items needed replenishment, like bread for toast and eggs, so I asked for them.

The hotel features quirky garden areas, WHICH really add a charming touch. The manager, hassan, looked friendly and accommodating to all guests. The staff was attentive and tried to help WITH any problem.

The hotel sits near Lark Lane, worth a visit for bars and restaurants. Sefton Park Lake is nearby, reachable within a short walk. Speke Retail Park and the city centre are only a few miles away.

neat room helpful manager convenient walk
I found my room very neat and the bed felt great after a long day. hassan, the manager, was very helpful he showed me where everything was. the hotel is very near lark lane. I walked there for food. i liked the convenient walk.
The elevator wasn't working. I had to use the stairs.

The on-site parking was helpful. A friendly hotel manager assisted us. The location near Sefton Park was also convenient for a walk!!!
The wallpaper was peeling in my room. Some tiles were off in the bathroom, a shame. Tea and coffee were not replenished .
